Automation, data and collaboration: the shared journey of Champion and T-Data towards an increasingly effective customer experience

On 13 November, T-Data took part in Forum Retail 2025, the leading event for innovation in the retail sector, bringing to the stage its expertise in supporting brands as they grow their direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel.
During the talk “Beyond the product: when the supply chain becomes a brand experience”, Marta Bulbarella, Sales Manager at T-Data, and Valentina Bruscia, Senior Manager E-commerce and Marketplace at Champion Europe, explained how automation, data and collaboration have become key factors in building a valuable customer experience.
In D2C, true differentiation happens after the click. This is where a brand’s ability to offer efficient post-sales services, smooth returns management and fast, punctual deliveries is tested; all elements that directly impact brand perception and customer loyalty.
Drawing on the Champion Europe case, the talk showed how the T-Data model integrates order management, fulfilment across Europe and the UK, customer care and compliance into a single end-to-end infrastructure. The introduction of automation and robotics has increased process accuracy, while customised BI dashboards make it possible to monitor performance and margins in real time.
