Lead the Change: driving transformation in digital commerce
This year, T-Data took part for the first time as a Digital Partner at Ecommerce HUB, the benchmark event for digital commerce professionals in Italy.
The 11th edition took place on 2 October 2025 in Salerno, just a few steps from the sea, confirming itself as an unmissable event for brands, retailers, technology providers and logistics operators. A full day dedicated to inspiration, learning and networking for those who want to take a leading role in digital commerce.
The guiding theme this year was “Lead the Change” — an invitation not to passively endure the transformations of the digital market, but to become active drivers of change.
In a market evolving at astonishing speed — with artificial intelligence, omnichannel strategies, sustainability, and increasingly demanding consumers — mere adaptation is no longer enough. It’s time to anticipate, guide and transform.
That spirit infused every moment of the event: from the main stage to the workshops, from the talks to the conversations in the networking spaces, there was a shared determination not to be swept along by change but to lead it.
We asked our CEO, Emilio Sezzi, what leading the change really means for T-Data, and what path companies should take to remain competitive.
His response perfectly encapsulates the approach with which we support our clients:
“For us, lead the change means not just keeping up with the evolution of e-commerce, but driving it. The digital market changes at incredible speed: new technologies, new consumption models, new platforms. Companies that want to stay ahead can’t simply chase trends — they have to anticipate them. At T-Data, we interpret this concept in three key directions:
Technological innovation: we invest in digital solutions, automation and business intelligence to make processes ever more efficient and scalable.
Customer experience: we help brands build a seamless shopping journey, from checkout to delivery and post-sale services.
Flexibility and speed: we support companies in adapting quickly to different markets and channels, from proprietary websites to international marketplaces.
Leading change ultimately means turning complexity into opportunity — empowering companies to grow without fear of facing the challenges ahead.”
For T-Data, Ecommerce HUB 2025 was the ideal opportunity to engage with key players in the industry and share our concrete experience in e-commerce logistics and value-added services. Conversations, exchanges, reflections — every dialogue confirmed that the challenges faced by brands are also our own.
Our participation highlighted how strategic it is to invest in three core areas:
Technological innovation
Development of specialised skills
Structured commercial partnerships
These are the elements we consider essential to effectively support our clients’ digital growth.
